InBody Body Composition Analysis

InBody is an FDA-approved technology that measures muscle, fat, and water. Not just weight.

The scale doesn’t tell the whole story. As you age, you can weigh the same but have less muscle and more fat. InBody shows you what’s actually changing in your body.

What You Get:

Muscle mass and fat breakdown

Body composition by segment (arms, legs, torso)

Baseline to track progress

Clear data to guide your next steps

What to Expect:

Your InBody test takes 5 minutes. You stand on the device, fully clothed, and hold two hand electrodes. The device sends an imperceptible electrical current through your body to measure tissue composition.

Why It Matters After 50:

Muscle loss accelerates with age. Knowing your actual composition helps you train smarter, eat better, and prevent decline before it starts.

Emsella Pelvic Floor Treatment

Emsella is an FDA-cleared technology that strengthens your pelvic floor without surgery.

Bladder control issues are common after 50. They don’t have to control your life. Emsella uses electromagnetic energy to strengthen pelvic floor muscles in ways exercise alone can’t.

What Emsella Helps With:

Frequent urges

Bladder leakage with cough, sneeze, or exercise

Loss of bladder control

Weak pelvic floor strength

What to Expect:

Emsella treatments are 30-minute sessions twice a week for three weeks. Results are assessed at week 3 or 4, and maintenance visits may be required annually. The experts at SWCOA will advise on your full treatment plan during your initial session.

What You’ll Feel:

You will experience muscle contractions of the pelvic floor. It is not painful but has been described as unusual or intense. Most find it tolerable and even relaxing.

Session Length: 30 minutes

Series: Typically 6 sessions over 3 weeks.

Recovery: None. Return to normal activities immediately

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I get InBody scans?

Every 4-6 weeks if you’re tracking fitness progress. Every 6-12 months to monitor changes. We’ll recommend what makes sense for your goals.

Is InBody safe?

Yes. It’s non-invasive, FDA-approved, painless, and quick. Tell us if you have a pacemaker or metal implants. Some aren’t compatible.

Does Emsella hurt?

No. You feel muscle contractions, not pain.

How long do Emsella results last?

6-12 months depending on you. Like muscles, your pelvic floor needs maintenance. Yearly touch-ups keep results strong.

Can I do normal activities after treatment?

Immediately for both. No restrictions. You might feel some muscle soreness after Emsella, which is normal.

Is this covered by insurance?

InBody is preventive and usually not covered, but costs far less than other wellness tests. Emsella coverage varies by plan and diagnosis. We’ll check for you.

What if I have metal implants?

Tell us during consultation. InBody and Emsella have different compatibility rules. We’ll make sure you’re a good fit.
